FLEM is a new FREE utility used for modding AMD catalyst drivers for use with older ATI legacy cards, it is a fast user friendly utility that every legacy card owner must have to keep their drivers updated. What can FLEM do? Digital FLEM enables you to add your personalized card specific support to new AMD drivers allowing for a smooth install. It will detect your card and add all the relevant modifications necessary for you during modification. Unlike other modding tools this is not a mass modder it modifies drivers according to the GPU specification of the system that it is running on. It automatically detects your GPU and mods the driver according to your GPU specifications.
