It has nothing new in it, we knew about Preview in BUILD event, RTM in Aug., and GA in late Oct., and it showed RTM expected in Aug 23, what I heard was it could be (much) earlier, target is 6.3.9600.16384.win8-1_rtm.130801-xxxx (yes, the so-called "shipped" date by Thurrott).
